YOSEMITE BEER™ IPA

Our Pale ale is brewed with an English ale yeast and a lot of west coast hops.  It is a golden copper color with a creamy maltyness and a spicy hop zest.  We add hops directly to the fermenters (a process known as dry hopping) to give this beer its big hop aroma.  This beer has won numerous awards at beer festivals, and is a favorite of many happy-hour regulars.
